How To: An error occurred while receiving this document.

Summary
An error occurred while receiving this document. This is probably a proxy issue.

Issue
I get an error box that says:
An error occurred while receiving this document.
None of the requested vouchers could be obtained.
    Adobe DRM client Error: 810.
    Local voucher engine error.
Solution
  • You may need to get your ISP or your network administrator involved in looking at the issues below.
  • Most proxy problems occur when the proxy server attempts to cache server responses.
If server responses are cached and the proxy server has seen this request in the past, it will simply hand back a local cached response rather than transmit the request through to the Internet. This causes problems for Activation since there is session and time sensitive information in the requests and responses.
  • If the proxy server is within your control, you can update the proxy configuration to not cache traffic to http://aractivate.adobe.com.
Adobe has tried to make the server responses and client requests use as much "no-cache" HTTP directives as possible, but sometimes the proxy configuration is set to ignore this.
